The Regulations of the 14th International Children Football Tournament “The Retro Cup”
April 27,28,29 Kyiv, Ukraine
- Goals and aims. The goals of the Tournament are:
1.1. To develop children international sport and reinforcement of friendly relationship
1.2. To Attract children and youth to play football actively
1.3. To detect the best teams in the Tournament
2.The management of the Tournament
2.1. Organization Committee
2.2. Chief Tournament Referee
3. The participants of the competition
Players of 2001, 2002 y. of b. are allowed to compete in the Tournament. One 1-year-older player is allowed in each age group: 2001 y. of b. (1 player 2000y. of b.), 2002 y. of b. (1 player 2001y. of b.)
All participants are to have insurance card and doctor`s certificate.
4. The conditions of the Tournament
The Tournament is held according to the rules of big soccer without “offside” position, with football ball №4 on the artificial lawn the size of which is ? of the standard football field, the size of gates is 2×5.
8 field players and a goalkeeper play on the field. The game consists of 2 times 20 minute each, with 5-minute break.
2 groups The teams that have taken the first places meet in the finale.
The teams that have taken the second places compete for the third place.
Player replacement is not limited. Backward replacement is allowed. A game is not stopped when a replacement occurs. When passing a ball to a quarterback a goalkeeper is not allowed to touch the ball with his hands. When kicking from the gates the ball can only be brought into the game from the grass. Protective guards are compulsory.
“The yellow card” warning is penalized by removal – 2 minutes
“The red card” warning is penalized by removal – 5 minutes
Appointment of the winners
Scoring: victory – 3 scores, draw – 1 score, defeat – 0 score
When the scores are equal a winner is appointed in regard with:
a) Personal meetings
b) Greater number of victories
c) The difference between scored and missed balls
